A good concern really but will china agree as they are one of the largest manufacturers of air conditioners that use the hydrocloroflurocarbons HCFC's which causes so much damage to the ozone layer and also deter the healing process of an already damaged ozone layer..if they do how will it affect its market and if it doesn't what will be the implications???
